How to run a webinar

In your dashboard enter the title, date and attendees' emails: they get an email with the link and a calendar file.
Prepare your screen
Open your slides in advance and check the camera and microphone on the join screen.

Do attendees need to sign up?
No. An attendee opens the link in a browser, enters a name and joins. Only the organiser needs an account.
Is there a time limit?
No. The webinar runs as long as you need.
Can I record the webinar?
Yes, the presenter starts the recording and attendees see the indicator. The file is kept in your dashboard for 3 days and can be shared by link.
How do I keep outsiders out?
The waiting room shows everyone who knocks; the lock closes the door to latecomers. You can issue a new link at any time.
Can I run group discussions in the middle of a webinar?
Yes, with up to 100 attendees (in meeting mode, not a live stream). The presenter splits the room into groups with a task and a timer, then brings everyone back for the debrief. Only the main room is recorded.
