1. Site operator

Information pursuant to § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and Article 10 of the Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). The operator of the website joyin.work and of the Joyin service (the “Site” and the “Service”) is:

Joyin is a browser-based video meeting service. The Site is provided from another EU Member State under the freedom to provide services; where the user is a consumer, the consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence also apply.

2. Scope

This notice governs access to and use of the Site. Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of use; the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

3. Intellectual property

The Joyin brand, the design, code and texts of the Site belong to the operator or its licensors. Meeting content (video, audio, chat, files, recordings) belongs to the people who create it; the operator acquires no rights to it beyond what is needed to provide the Service.

4. Liability and links

The operator is not responsible for the content of meetings or for external pages linked from the Site. If you notice unlawful content, write to the address above and we will review it.

5. Consumer dispute resolution

Pursuant to § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): the operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European online dispute resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025.

6. Applicable law

The law of the operator's country ([pending]) applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence.

7. Development

The Site and the Service are developed by OneDev. The developer is neither the operator of the Service nor the data controller.
